If the soundbar has delayed audio, this can be fixed via the audio settings on your TV.For audio cable connection, please make sure to plug the audio cable into a connector on your TV labeled Line OUT or Audio OUT, not Line IN or Audio IN. Please kindly note that the audio cable is connected to the TV audio output and the soundbar audio input. And you can double-click the AUX boost button on the remote control to restore the volume.Soundbar does not have USB interface, the soundbar can be connected to your computer through the AUX interface. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.We provide replace remote control/Auxiliary cable/Optical cable for free. If you need to, please contact our after-sales service team.
