How do I use or turn off the humidifier function, and can I add essential oils?

Breezeguard’s 1.3L water tank provides passive humidification with NO STEAM. Humidification output varies by fan speed. Replace water every 48 hrs for freshness. Keep the tank empty if humidifying isn’t needed. Essential oils are not recommended.

What is the Product Support for the Breezeguard purifier and humidifier?

BreezeGuard includes 1-year product support from the date of purchase for defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll replace defective units with a new or equivalent model with proof of purchase. Damage from improper use isn’t covered.

Why does the BreezeGuard sometimes feel quieter or show no lights?

This usually means the device is in Sleep Mode. In Sleep Mode, all lights turn off and the fan runs at the lowest speed for quiet operation. To exit, press the “SLEEP” button, or wake the unit by pressing “SPEED–”, “SPEED+”, or “AUTO”.

I’m having trouble setting up the Wi-Fi connection. What should I do?
