About charge issues/If item not work/not respond:

This soap dispenser is a rechargeable one, there’s no need to replace the battery.

When the battery is low, the motor may not work even the sensor may not respond. It will shut off if battery drains.

So when the motor noise is low or no noise, please charge the soap dispenser first.

–Charge this dispenser till white light on-remove cable-Press power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on, the dispenser will not turn on by itself after charging. It won’t turn on by single click or multiple clicks!!!

Please use the cable included and 5V 1A or 5v 2A adapter to charge this soap dispenser. Quick charge adapter or USB-C to USB-C cable may not work.

If the indicator doesn’t light up, try to charge it with another cable.

What soap should you use?

You could use both foam soap and liquid soap with our soap dispenser.

Use foam soap directly or dilute liquid soap with 4 times water, you could get perfect foam.Besides you could use shampoo, face cleaner, dish detergent, don’t forget to dilute it with water, and do not use those detergent with solid particles, or it will block this soap dispenser.

Regular cleaning tips:

After long time use, soap inside the pump may slowly evaporate and congeal when you don’t use it like in the night. It doesn’t matter for a few day use, but will get more concretion as time goes by.

If your soap is a little thick, the problem take less time to occur.

Find the long beak bottle in the parcel, add water into it.Remove reservoir from dispenser, remove the filter at tube end.Push water into the soap dispenser from the tube end repeatedly. Water will flow out and clean the tube.

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

1. Indicator light up and hear the working sound,but no foam

–Get the plastic bottle in package and add some water into it. Remove the filter at tube end, push water into the tube. Water will come out little by little and repeatedly push water out until water flows as normal.

2. Put a hand in sensor area, the indicator get red and won’t foam

–Please recharge the dispenser, clean the sensor and restart the dispenser then try it again.

3.Dispenser not respond/not turn on

—-Charge this dispenser till white light on-remove cable-Press power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on, the dispenser will not turn on by itself after charging. It won’t turn on by single click or multiple clicks!!!

Please use the cable included and 5V 1A or 5v 2A adapter to charge this soap dispenser. Quick charge adapter or USB-C to USB-C cable may not work.

4. The dispenser only release once after charging! Then the indicator flash in red and turn off by itself!

–The sensor distance is changed, please contact seller, we will help to reset it.

5. The dispenser release liquid instead of foam.

a. Please check the ratio between soap and water, make sure add 4-6 times water into soap and fully dilute. The dispenser won’t foam well if the soap is too thick.

b. Please add warm water into the reservoir and pump water out repeatedly. It may not foam well if the inside filter in foam part get clogged.

6. Dispenser give soap randomly.

–Please turn off the dispenser and clean sensor, make sure no soap left on the sensor. You could also add a coushion in darker color under the dispenser than your countertop to prevent the influence of light reflected.

7. Trouble shooting doesn’t help/Missing accessories / Reservoir got broke/…
