Which Milk Types Are Best for Frothing?

For optimal results, please use cold and fresh whole milk with a fat content of over 3% and a protein content of over 5%, or whole milk that contains at least 3.2g of protein per 100ml.

What’s the Maximum Capacity?

To make foam, use between 80 ml (2.8 oz) and 160 ml (5.4 oz). For heating milk, the max capacity is 400 ml (13.52 oz). To avoid overflow, keep milk below the marked line.
