    This product has helped my form tremendously. I can use these on rugs, carpet, or my wood floors & They are not slipping!!

    I also have very large feet and my whole foot can fit on these babies No problem!

    I absolutely recommend adding it to your home gym- they are lightweight and fold down and because they are individual they work for all sorts of squats/heel elevated lunges with your feet angled in different directions, and @ different widths. Extremely well built! I looked at many similar products and these were my favorite!

    The squat wedge is no joke. It is very well made and heavy; I believe it will last for many years. I can say, although I thought I was pretty good at squats, this was a killer. I needed to take a break from using and will start more slowly when I start up again. I have also used it for calf stretches and it works very well for those.

    The seat, peg doesn’t fit the wholes to adjust the height, it’s dangerous and keeps dropping, only safe on the lowest level.

    When we do squats the entire frame has a significant sway. And, because of the sway it can be hard to hook the weight back on, which is also dangerous. Note: We had it professionally assembled by someone with years of experience. I will be emailing the company to see if there is anything I can do. Very disappointed
